I have been a regular customer of Jen's facial for the past year and I think my combination skin has improved with her high quality facials and meticulous extraction!
Facials: My personal fave is Histomer! Whitening, refreshing and simply wonderful lasting effects on my skin.
Extractions: Jen is simply awesome and enthusiastic about making sure she does a thorough job. She really goes the extra mile of even giving extra FOC extraction time just to make sure I walk away with a cleaner face!
Anyway, she gives a decent 15 mins extraction for basic facials, 20 mins for other organic facials and for Histomer and Phyris facials - 30 mins.
Service: Jen is friendly, helpful and generous with sharing skincare advice. Most importantly, she respects my decisions (my budget, what I want/do not want to buy) and never hardsells!
